True, the production quality isn't great, but the information and tips in it are absolutely, positively priceless.
Not every trick will work on every baby every time, but knowing the 5 S's and finding a combination that works will, far more often than not, calm a crying infant.
We still use the swaddling and white noise trick on our 4-month-old daughter and they work like charms. I am so glad to have found this program. I would not have survived the first 2 months without this.
Buy the CD, too! It works.

Not worth buying, just borrow it from the library, skim the material and send it back. Better yet, borrow the film. You get the same out of it.
