Summary: poor customer support
Comment: After recieving the disc's it would not load or respond to the command to open. wrote tech support twice with out responses. I'm either stuck with it or may send back for refund, but to who. It sounds like a good program/deal if it only worked. My computor checks out fine with other discs. Tech support is none existant so far.

Comment: Love the product got it quick. Really helps, the only thing is the voice analysis doesn't recognize if your pronouncing the words right. Other than that very happy with my purchase.

Comment: This is an excellent program for the money. Has lots of different ways to learn and allows you to practice your pronunciation with a microphone feature. It does speak a little fast for me to understand and duplicate, but I struggle with language. My daughter is having no trouble catching on. The accent isn't too heavy and I'm managing to catch a phrase or two. The game section is a little lacking but it does have a feature for you to expand on games via the internet. So far pleased with the product. :)
