Summary: Can't cancel duplicate order
Comment: I tried to order some software with 1-click, I got to the final page where it let me edit things, but did not show how to continue or finalize the order, so I just x'ed out of the page. Thinking I would try again later, I again could not get to a final page so I cancelled the page again. Now it looks like I've ordered the product twice, as shown by confirming email. I tried to go to my account where it said I could cancel an order and low and behold, they said I couldn't cancel, eventhough the product won't be shipped for some days. Bah, Humbug to Amazon

Comment: MS Streets and Trips was everyting that I hoped it would be. It takes a little getting used to the new icons, but once you've gotten over that it's a great tool and easy to use.

Comment: MS Streets and Trips 2010...lousy upgrade from '08. Lots of area data not current, up to 2 yrs out of date!. Many routes improperly computed. Does not "talk" or see other gps units as advertised. VERY POOR PRODUCT...SAVE YOUR MONEY...GARMIN STILL BEST!
