2010 debut album from the American singer/songwriter who achieved fame as featured vocalist on Flo Rida's hit single 'Right Round'. Animal was executive produced by Dr. Luke (Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Kelly Clarkson, and Avril Lavigne) and includes collaborations with producers Max Martin and Benny Blanco. The album's first smash single, 'TiK ToK', has had TV placements in the Project Runway promo spots, Melrose Place and So You Think Can Dance.

Customer Rating: Summary: bad subject matter Comment: this albums has good music, good vocals but the subject matter in almost every song is BAD. (licker, Beer, Puke, Hangovers).
It is sad that we live in a time where this subject matter is glorified in so many pop songs. being a drunk is no way to live. (not to mention all the innocent people that are killed by drunk drivers on our roads.
Life is good - live it don't abuse it
Customer Rating: Summary: Although it's a fun album.... Comment: I can't bring myself to give it higher than 1 star. It's Artists like Kesha and Lil Wayne or any other of those "musicians" who make their career motif out of being drunk and acting like idiots everything that is wrong with music today. Talent is no longer needed in this industry, All you need is a pretty face and have a descent enough voice that can be retouched by autotune. AKA - Rihanna, Katy Perry.
The lyrics were trashy and trite. i have no idea why she's getting so much attention. I will admit the album is fun and upbeat. People from other countries will have a blast pumping this cd loud and enjoying it since they can't understand the horrible idiotic lyrics.
Early on in the year some DJ on the radio station called her the Lady GaGa of 2010.
HAHAH!!! He should get fired for comparing this childish no-talent scum to a legend in the making.
TIK TOK TIK TOK
Kesha your 15 minutes of fame are gone.
Hope you enjoyed it while it lasted
Customer Rating: Summary: Don't waste your $ on this CD. Comment: If you like the song "your love is my drug" then buy the single because the rest of the songs are terrible on this cd. Record companies must be getting desperate.
Customer Rating: Summary: dance on Comment: Notwithstanding an overall lack of interest in this genre of music I must admit to liking this. The couple of hit singles were good enough to download so I was inspired to purchse the entire album, but only after it came out on vinyl. And that I think is the key to my rating it a 4 and not a 3 star album. The reason for that is simple. As a vinyl disc, I only listen to one and no more than two sides on any given day. So it's either 3 or 6 cuts that I hear. It keeps me from being over-exposed to it. But generally speaking this is so similar to the others in this genre getting airplay that it becomes a simple matter of how much of this stuff does one want to own and where to start. For me it's either with Ke$ha or Lady Gaga. And one is enough. But, since it appeals to someone not in love with this type of music, it must be a worthy purchase for those who do.
Customer Rating: Summary: Save your money and buy the songs you like individually Comment: This is a pretty disappointing album. I guess I shouldn't really be surprised. But besides Ke$ha's popular songs (Your Love is My Drug and Tik Tok), the rest of the songs are pretty terrible. Save your money and download the individual songs.
